Delivery by Polish Post

Lelekuku ships all packages using Polish Post packaging service. All orders will be shipped in accordance to the delivery policies below:
After your order is process, deliveries will be shipped within 3 business days.
Deliveries are made 3 days a week: tuesday/wednesday/thursday.
In the event you are not home on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made free of charge.
In the event a delivery attempt has been made, and could not be complete, Polish Post will leave a message in your mailbox.

Shippingcosts without track & trace is possible, but on your own responsibility and upon request. If you would like to send your package without track and trace, costs will be lower. Pls send us an e-mail.

Delayed delivery

If a deliver is delayed you will be contacted within 3 business days

Items not deliverable

In the event an item cannot be delivered, you will receive notice from us within 2 business days. The purchased amount will be refunded by the use of your preferred payment method within 14 business days.
