1. About Lelekuku

How do I create and account at Lelekuku?
You can easily create your own Lelekuku account, by creating a username and password on top of this page. When you create your own account, you can see the recent placed orders and your account information. On the left menu, you can also send tickets, change your account and adress information and check your shopping bag and wish-list. If you click on my orders, in the accountmenu, you will see an overview of all recent orders you placed.

I forgot my username/ password. Can you help me?
If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot your password” link and we will send you an automated email with information how to reset your password. A forgotten password can be retrieved directly by email.

2. Shop online

How to shop online?
You can place the order on our website www.lelekuku.com When you are finished with shopping, click on “shopping bag” to place the order. Price, estimated taks and availability will be displayed. It’s still possible to change or cancel the order. When you are happy with the order, pls proceed to check out.
Once you have placed the order, you will receive a order confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has been shipped with a tracking link to trace your order. You can also check the trackingdetails by log in on “my account”.

How can I add a discount to my order?
If you received a discount code from Lelekuku, you can enter this code on the next order at the checkout page.

When will my order be shipped after I placed the pre-order?
Immediately after the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. Once the item is in stock and sent you will receive a track & trace.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do.

What are the delivery options?
U can choose your own location for delivery. This can be at home, at your working place, at the neighbours or somewhere else in your country.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders will be shipped by poczta-polska, including track & trace.

How long does the delivery take?
We ship orders 5 days a week, from monday till friday. Delivery depens on the state/ country.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order, under “my account” when you log in at My Lelekuku or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.  When you have an account at Lelekuku you have more profit during the online shopping. All your name/ adress information is already noted in your account also the delivery/ payments preference. You don’t need to fill in your information so the online shopping will be quicker.

How do I return or exchange an item online?
